Refunds and Exchange Policy

All products have a 7-day money-back guarantee. However, products must be unused and returned with proof of purchase (invoice) and in their original packaging. Goods returned will be subject to a 15% handling fee.

Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible due to quality issues or discontinuation, a full refund will be provided.

Please note that any tyres purchased from TyreRack Polokwane that are considered out of date are explicitly excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty. As such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for out-of-date tyres.
